The CLENZIderm system combines cleansing with 2% BHA , liquid exfoliation with 2% BHA , and treatment with 5% BPO in a simple, disciplined flow for acne-prone skin. Designed to unclog pores , reduce sebum , and target bacteria in the follicle with a thin application across the entire affected area .

  • Step 1 — Daily Care Foaming Cleanser (2% Salicylic Acid): cleanses and helps to remove grease/impurities; fresh feeling.
  • Step 2 — Pore Therapy (2% Salicylic Acid): BHA liquid exfoliant that unclogs pores and removes dead skin cells.
  • Step 3 — Therapeutic Lotion (5% Benzoyl Peroxide): Light lotion that penetrates the pore to reach bacteria where acne starts.

Como usar

Base frequency: AM and PM. If your skin is sensitive or you are starting treatment, begin once a day and gradually increase.

- Step 1 – Cleanser (2% SA): massage and rinse.
- Step 2 – Pore Therapy (2% SA): thin layer over the entire affected area (not just the “spot”).
- Step 3 – Therapeutic Lotion (5% BPO): thin layer over the entire affected area.

Finish with non-comedogenic moisturizer (if needed) and sunscreen; avoid unnecessary sun exposure.

P.M
Repeat the three steps. If you notice dryness, alternate Pore Therapy or reduce the frequency of BPO until your skin adjusts. Obagi recommends adding CLENZIderm MD Therapeutic Moisturizer (sold separately) if dryness persists.
